NHB’s Contribution to Wembley North East Lands Development (NE02/NE03)

The Wembley North East Lands (NE02/NE03) project is part of the ambitious 10-million-square-foot Wembley Park masterplan. Located in Brent, this development encompasses 750 homes across two plots, featuring Build-to-Rent, shared ownership, affordable housing, and discount market rent properties.

NHB has played a critical role in ensuring fire safety and operational reliability for NE02/NE03. Our contributions include:

• Installing 7 roof-mounted smoke extraction and environmental fan systems across the site.
• Integrating over 100 smoke control dampers for safe smoke management.
• Installing several AOVs, temperature sensors, fire override switches, and 150+ interfaces for system integration.
• Designing, installing, and certifying all fire-rated ductwork to meet the highest safety standards.
• Installing multiple fire alarm interfaces and control panels for seamless communication between fire safety components.
