NHB’s Work on Hallsville Quarter

The Hallsville Quarter site is part of the broader Canning Town and Custom House SPD regeneration framework. Phase 3 of this project includes 620 new homes spread across eight buildings, all arranged around shared podium garden courtyards above street level. The main contractor is Bouygues.

For this purely mechanical project, we have designed, installed, and certified fire-rated ducting for the roofs and ground floors of three buildings so far. As you can see from some of the pictures below, ducting can be a challenging task to perfect. Our expert design team along with our installers are capable of overcoming almost any obstacles encountered.
