NHB’s Work on the Woodberry Downs Project

NHB is currently engaged in one of our largest projects to date: Woodberry Down, one of Europe’s largest and most significant regeneration developments. This development will feature over 5,500 high-quality homes across 64 acres close to London’s city centre.

Presently working on phase 3, NHB is handling 10 blocks with multiple cores, as well as 2 car parks. Our team is installing comprehensive detection and smoke extraction systems, including roof fan sets and car park jet fans.
